Does sugaring hurt?
Every body is different on their pain tolerance, sugaring can be less painful then traditional wax however the first time with Suagring is usually the worst. But staying consistent will minimize the pain over all.
How often should I get sugared?
Ideally every 3-4 weeks.
At 4 weeks your hair reattaches back to the root making it stronger and thicker. If you come in every 3-4 weeks you will start to notice less hair growth and finer hairs over all.
Is sugaring the same as waxing?
No Suagring tends to be more gentle and less irritating then waxing. It also is more hygienic their is no double dipping no sticks or strips.
What is the benefits of Suagring over waxing?
It’s more hygienic, lasts longer, and can be less painful if constant . Sugaring doesn’t cause as many in-grown hairs (and in some cases, can correct them)! In addition, sugaring is a natural exfoliating treatment for the skin.
Sugar will not stick to live skin cells, only dead skin cells are removed, Sugar paste is applied against the direction of hair growth then removing the hair in the natural direction of growth resulting in less painful hair removal and eliminating hair breakage.
How long should my hair be to get sugared?
It should be about a 8th of a inch. Or a grain of rice.
If coming from waxing or Sugaring 3-4 weeks ideally
If coming from shaving 2 weeks min. (In some cases I can get the hairs if it’s been a little less but I do have to apply a little bit more pressure but can’t guarantee )
What if I’m on my period?
That’s perfectly fine. Just know that we are a little more sensitive when on our cycle. All I ask is you use a tampon.
What is the purpose of a vajacial?
A vajacial treats ingrown hairs, removes dead skin cells, smooths bumps around bikini line, prevents acne, helps with hyperpigmentation, all to maintain healthy and hydrated skin in the vaginal area.
What does the procedure consist of ?
A vajacial is typically a 20-40 minute treatment, which includes a warm towel compress, cleanse, extractions of ingrown hairs, followed by a soothing mask, completed with a skin brightening serum. ( High frequency available if needed)
When should you get a vajacial ?
Ideally you should get a vajacial 3-5 days after shaving or sugaring (or waxing). However, at Bare Box Sugaring our vajacials are safe enough to do right after a sugaring appintment. We use speical hydrojelly masks that will help sooth and calm the skin. (warm compress and high frequency can only be done on a follow up vajacial.)

I offer month Brazilians and bikini memberships along with other package memberships. you can find them in the "services" section. but basically your card would be ran on the first of the month and you would have that moth to use your service. services do not roll over. their is a 30 day cancellation notice required sent via email ( bareboxsugaring@gmail.com).
